Meet Nynke&Xandro: Three years ago, Xandro took his very first steps on the dance floor with Kizomba. He was immediately captivated by the music and the deep connection this dance creates. Nynke started five years ago with salsa, but when she discovered Kizomba, she found her true passion.

Since then, they’ve both been completely hooked on this beautiful and connecting dance style.

Dancing brings them joy, relaxation, connection, and a creative outlet. In both their own dancing and in their classes, they focus strongly on technique — It’s the key to clear, smooth communication between dance partners. Good technique not only makes dancing easier, but also more fun and enjoyable.

Their workshop blends creative and surprising moves with a strong focus on technique. They aim to give participants not just something new to learn, but
practical tools they can use and enjoy long-term in their own dance journey!

Meet Ola&Bart: Originally from Poland but now based in Eindhoven, they are an integral part of Eindhoven’s bachata sensual and bachazouk scene 💃🕺

Both Ola and Bart started dancing ballroom at a young age, and both took part in competitions. They moved through many styles but when they found bachata sensual they stuck to it. Their energy is super exciting and colorful; it’s a guarantee they will keep your attention with their engaging and positive teaching style!

Meet André: owner of @watapanaweekend, quite possibly the most fun dancing school in the Netherlands, and a mega inspiring dancer!💯🧡

An experienced professional, he’s been dancing for 15 years. Initially, salsa was too intimidating, but after conquering this fear he quickly learned that it would be his passion.

In a dance, he always aims to make it an adventure. He says he can not dance without listening to the music, because it’s too important for him.

In his workshop, he will share with you his view on social dancing. Through a partnerwork combination, he will share his methods to make every dance fun, and how to be creative in partnerwork!

Meet Taoufik: One of Netherlands’ biggest bachata talents, that started dancing in Eindhoven! A dancer who never expected to fall in love with Bachata, before it became his biggest passion!💃🕺

No more than 2.5 years ago, he had no idea what Bachata was. In fact, after watching a few videos, he was a 100% sure he’d never try it! But thanks to a colleague who managed to convince him, he gave a try-out class a shot and instantly fell in love with the dance. From that moment, Bachata was more than just a hobby; it became a passion and even a future goal.

Now, he invests heavily in refining his style and technique, always keeping the joy alive! The most important thing for him while dancing is to have lots of fun, while focusing on the connection with his dancepartner, the music, the technique of his own body movements and his leading.

Originally a kizombera of the Slovenian scene, she only seriously switched to salsa when she moved to Amsterdam 7 years ago and realized there was so much more to learn – something that drives her to this day. 💪🏽🔥

For her, dancing is a lovely balance between two opposites: learning how to control every single part of your body in every moment, and at the same time being able to just let go, turn off your brain and enjoy the moment.

Soon after she started teaching at 21 she realized there was nothing in life that excited her as much as sharing what she had learned so far. She loves to utilize her day job in kinesiology while dancing, focusing on the physical mechanics of the dancing itself. 👉🏼Something you can definitely expect to see in her Lady’s Styling workshop – focusing on really understanding why we move the way we move and not just trying to remember a combination.

Steffi has been dancing all her life, exploring jazz ballet, street dance, continuing at the Dance Academy, where she had her first encounter with salsa. The way everyone was able to connect with each other, regardless of background, age or skill level, struck a chord with her.

After some years of taking classes at @thelatindancestudio here in Eindhoven her dance journey didn’t stop. After winning second place in Salsanama impro social competition this year, it is safe to say she is an absolute powerhouse of energy! 🔥💪🏼

Her background in contemporary dance is what makes her style so unique. She dances organically, holistically, softly, dynamically, with flow, with feeling, with incredible ease, and this is truly visible in every move she makes. All of this is a way for her to find expression and authenticity. ✨

Time for our next artist announcement; Samantha & Randor! 💡✨

When Samantha was 17, she started taking ballroom classes. She felt she wanted to move her body more with dancing, so she quit. She was already dancing bachata at parties of her friends from Curaçao, so she went to her first salsa class and fell in love immediately! 😍🥰

She has been dancing for over 20 years now and teaches salsa and bachata lessons with a lot of passion. Dancing makes her feel free and allows her to express her emotions. She loves to use her whole body with dancing and always wants to find new ways of connecting with a partner. Because everybody is different and each one of us brings their own unique flavour and energy to the dancefloor! ⚡⭐

She will be teaching a Dominican Bachata workshop with her dance partner Randor. They will focus on the basic fundamentals of Dominican Bachata and how you can put your footwork musicality into the partnering. Randor is from the Dominican Republic and has a lot to share about this beautiful culture. 🕺

The second to last name in our star-studded lineup is @brammotion_! Based in Amsterdam, he is the proud owner of @salsa.train with @nina_feoh. His Cuban salsa and Mambo specialization have taken him all over the world for performances and workshops. ⭐

@gulsahgungoz and her dance partner @spirletthierry , local artists, more than well-acquainted with the international kizomba scene, will bring an exciting Tarraxo workshop! 🤩

Gulsah started her dancing journey with belly dance, initiating her love for movement and expression, and eventually bringing her to the unique style of Tarraxo. 👉🏼Tarraxo is rooted in Kizomba, but it brings its own unique flavor—full of textures, musical layers, and space for creativity. For Gulsah and Thierry, dancing is about storytelling and connection. They love creating a story with their bodies and emotions while moving, and bring that same energy into their teaching! They enjoy sharing the “colors” of the basics and always try to make their classes playful, creative, and accessible. 🎨💞

In their workshop, you’ll explore the beautiful layers in Tarraxo music and how to connect them to your body. You’ll play with body isolation, musicality, and of course, the fundamentals—adding in some lovely combinations along the way. The goal is for everyone to not only learn, but also enjoy the process and feel more connected to themselves, their partner, and the music 🧘🏽‍♂️🎶
